The JFK Forensics Team is an extracurricular activity that strives to improve the speaking skills of our students in grades 5-8.

Students choose a selection from Drama, Declamation, Prose, Multiple Reading or Poetry which they read with expression and understanding.

JFK is a member of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Speech League, an organization of public and private schools whose students are interested in enhancing their speaking skills.

Our students are invited to compete in tournaments from November to February. They receive individual placements and ribbons for their presentations and can earn trophies for our school as a team.
